The laser based geometry systems by Fixturlaser are characterized by their user friendliness.
We pride ourselves in developing our products to be as easy to handle as possible, regardless of whether you use your measurement equipment on a regular basis or just a few times a year.
We also value your time. Being user friendly also means being fast!
With our systems’ graphical user interface, you do not have to waste time on refreshing your memory or on second guessing yourself during the actual work; our user interface guides you throughout the entire measurement and adjustment or alignment process.
The Fixturlaser NXA Geometry includes the following software:
- Standard straightness for measurement of e.g. machine beds, guideways or support structures.
- Straightness for full and half bore applications when measuring e.g. bearing journals in gear boxes, diesel engines, compressors, and turbines with split casings.
- Flatness measurements, both rectangular and circular, of foundations and machine beds when installing machines.
STANDARD EQUIPMENTThe Fixturlaser NXA Geometry comes in two versions, the Fixturlaser NXA Geometry Basic and Fixturlaser NXA Geometry Full respectively. The content is the same with one exception for the Fixturlaser NXA Geometry Full version, which also includes an extra RS sensor unit, as described below. |
RS SENSOR UNITAn extra RS sensor unit that can be used as reference detector during your measurement. |
RS sensor unitThe extra RS sensor unit is an additional stationary reference receiver during the measurement, which you zero at the start of the measurement process. You are then able to control, at any time during the measurement, that the transmitter has not been moved during the actual measurement, which would otherwise cause incorrect measurement values. |
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT |
TRANSMITTERSIn order to perform straightness and flatness measurements, you also need to choose between the four different laser transmitters listed below. |
For straightness measurements, choose between the T110 or T111: |
Laser transmitter T110Battery powered laser transmitter with built-in micrometer screws for adjustment of the laser beam in horizontal and vertical level. |
Laser transmitter T111Laser transmitter with built-in micrometer screws for adjustment of the laser beam in horizontal and vertical level. The T111 is powered by the supplied AC-adapter (110/230 Volts). |
For straightness and flatness measurements, choose between the T21 or the T220: |
Laser transmitter T21The 21 laser transmitter is battery powered. The laser transmitter has a built-in angular prism in a turret allowing the creation of a 360° laser plane. Laser beam levelling can be made in relation to the horizontal plane. The turret can easily be detached giving a laser beam perpendicular to the X-Y plane. |
Laser transmitter T220Battery powered laser transmitter of diode type with built-in spirit levels and an angular prism. It is equipped with micrometer screws for adjustment of the laser beam in horizontal and vertical level. The optical head can be rotated 360° in order to project a reference plane with the laser beam. |
