In-SiTu Balacing is a on site balancing service by AVITEK. With this service, customers don’t need to dis-assembly the fan and its blade to transport to balancing center. Our team will come to plant and do balancing at site to save time and labor cost for the owners.

THE IN-SITU BALANCING SERVICE FOR GRINDERS AT FEED MILL.

1️⃣ After receive the enguiries from customer, AVITEK’s team will come to visit and do the vibration analytsis by our instruments. After that we will to analysis and raise procedure for repair or service.

2️⃣ Procedure may contain: laser alignment, in-situ balancing 2 planes, looseness reduce by torque tools, bearings replacement and advise about lubrication system, structural stiffening.

3️⃣ If unbalancing the we will do at site balacing: measuring, calculation, bolting, welding and labor by AVITEK..

4️⃣ Re-measuring after balacing for evaluate the vibration level by máy phân tích độ rung FALCON.

5️⃣ Analysis for other damage if any then process further.

6️⃣ Detail report for before and after service. Provide more advise for customer to enhance the perfomance of grinders.
